Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Genuine Hoover electrical assembly for WindTunnel Air upright vacuums, fitting models UH70400, UH70401, and UH70405. This assembly carries the cleaner's internal wiring harness and switch circuitry, the path that routes power from the cord to the motor and controls so the vacuum turns on and runs at full power.

When the electrical assembly fails through a broken switch, worn wiring, or a bad connection, the vacuum may not power on, cut out intermittently, or run unreliably. Replacing it with this factory assembly (Part #280145001) renews the whole power-control circuit in one part rather than chasing individual wires, restoring dependable operation to the WindTunnel Air upright.
