Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Hoover exhaust filter set (Part #304285001) replaces the discharge-side filtration in compatible Hoover vacuums. Positioned after the motor in the airpath, the exhaust filter captures fine dust and particulate before air is returned to the room, keeping the exhaust stream clean.

As an exhaust filter loads with debris, it restricts airflow and allows more fine dust to pass through, dulling cleaning performance. Installing fresh Part #304285001 filters restores full airflow and proper exhaust filtration.
