We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Secondary filter for Hoover WindTunnel TurboPower, Spectrum and Futura canisters, part 38765009. It measures about 5 3/8 by 3 7/8 inches and roughly a sixteenth of an inch thick, and it sits downstream of the bag as the second stage of filtration.

Fitment covers the C2089 and the S3509 through S3614 range, including the S3520, S3527, S3530, S3533 and S3535, the S3545 to S3577 models, and the S3585, S3595, S3603 and S3605.

A secondary filter catches what a split or badly seated bag lets through, and it is the cheapest insurance a canister motor has. It also clogs quietly: airflow tightens, the motor note rises, and suction at the tool drops even though the bag is barely used. If a fresh bag has not brought performance back, this is the next thing to pull out and look at.
