Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 43248068 is the front wheel assembly for a group of Hoover uprights, supplied with its axle so the rolling parts and the shaft they turn on go in together.

Front wheels carry the machine at the end that gets pushed, pulled and dragged over thresholds the most. A wheel that has gone out of round, cracked at the hub, or seized against its axle makes the upright fight you across carpet and wander instead of tracking straight, and that resistance is hard on the person pushing long before it is hard on the machine. Thread and carpet fiber packed tightly against the axle produce the same stiffness, so clear that away and try the machine again before deciding the assembly itself is finished.
