We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The lower wand holder clip (Part #93002342) is a replacement clip that keeps the extension wand secured to the body of the Hoover Fusion when it is parked. It fits Hoover models U5180-910, U5185-900, UH70005B, UH70060, and UH70070.

The plastic clip can break from repeated use, and once it does there is nowhere to stow the wand, so it slips off the side of the vacuum every time you set the machine down. A fresh clip holds the wand snug and keeps it in place until you need it.
