We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A two-pack of replacement filters, part 241, for Hoover canister vacuums: the Futura, the Spectrum and the PowerMax, plus the WindTunnel canisters S3639, S3649 and S3661.

The filter sits in the airflow path and holds back the fine dust that gets past the bag, which is what keeps the exhaust clean and the motor out of trouble. It is also the part that quietly throttles the machine. As the media loads, the motor note climbs, the vacuum sounds like it is working harder than it should, and suction at the floor head is noticeably down. That combination is far more often a neglected filter than a worn-out machine.

Swapping one in takes a moment, since it slides into its housing in place of the old one. Two per pack covers roughly a year of ordinary household use.
