Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

This genuine Hoover gasket is an OEM replacement for the 7069, sealing a joint in the machine's airpath where two sections meet. It installs without modification to keep the sealed airway intact.

A gasket that has flattened, cracked, or gone brittle lets air slip past the joint, and that leak drains suction before it reaches the cleaning head. Fitting the correct OEM gasket reseals the connection so full airflow is preserved through the system.
