Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This genuine OEM Hoover grommet (part #440004379) fits the UH30010COM and seals the nozzle area where the power cord passes through. The small rubber grommet protects the cord and closes the opening against dust and abrasion.

A cracked, hardened, or missing grommet leaves the cord unprotected where it enters the housing and can let air and debris bypass the intended path. Over time an unprotected cord chafes against the housing edge. Fitting the correct grommet restores a clean, protected pass-through.
