Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 11041065 is the hand tool holder that mounts onboard the Hoover U5194900 upright, clipping a hand attachment in place so it travels with the machine instead of getting left on a shelf.

A broken or missing holder does not stop the vacuum from running, but it turns quick above-floor cleaning, stairs, or upholstery work into a search for wherever the tool was set down last. Fitting the correct holder gives the attachment a home again, so switching from floors to detail work does not mean setting anything aside.
