Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Hoover handle bail shaft fits models 7069 and 7071 and forms the pivot that connects the handle to the vacuum body. It carries the load each time you recline the handle and steer the machine through a cleaning pass.

A cracked or bent bail shaft makes the handle loose, wobbly, or hard to lock into position, and a failed one leaves the handle disconnected. Fitting the correct shaft restores a solid, comfortable connection between the handle and the body.
