We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 39454079 is the handle grip for the Hoover SteamVac U8125900, the surface at the top of the handle you hold while pushing and steering the machine across carpet during a cleaning pass.

Once this grip has cracked, split, or worn down to a smooth, slippery surface, a longer cleaning session gets tiring on the hand and harder to control when you turn a corner or pull the machine back over a threshold. None of that points to a fault deeper in the machine, it is purely a worn surface at the top of the handle, and replacing the grip settles it on its own.

Keep the old grip until the new one is fitted, so you have something to compare against if anything about the shape looks off on arrival.
