We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Replacement hood for the Hoover V2 SteamVac, part 37271092, covering the F7205, F7210 and F7225 machines along with the F7210900 and the FH50039, FH50040 and FH50050.
The hood is the upper body panel. It closes over the internals, carries the tank and the controls, and gives the machine its rigidity. Steam cleaners live a harder life than dry vacuums, since they are heavy when full and get dragged up stairs, and a drop onto a hard floor cracks the hood at a mounting boss more often than anywhere else. Once cracked, the panel flexes, the tank sits at an angle and the fasteners work loose in turn.
Moulded to the original dimensions, the panel lines up with the existing screw bosses and needs no trimming. Check the model number on the rating plate before ordering, since body shells vary across the V2 range.
