We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This suction hose serves the Hoover CH90600 and CH91600 commercial uprights, carrying airflow from the machine out to the wand and above-floor tools. It is Hoover part 440016574.
The failure worth knowing about is the one that hides. A split at a flex point closes up when the hose is at rest, so a visual check finds nothing, but under suction the hose draws air through the crack instead of through the tool. The floor head goes on cleaning perfectly while the hose tools barely lift anything, which is exactly the pattern that sends people looking at the motor when the hose is the problem.
Blockages are the other half of it: a wad of fibre in the corrugations does the same thing with no visible damage at all. This hose fits the Hoover CH90600 and CH91600.
