Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Inlet tube seal for the Hoover WindTunnel T Series UH70200, part 440013198. It closes the joint where the inlet tube meets the rest of the airflow path.

This is one of the quietest faults on an upright. The seal hardens with heat and age, takes a set, and eventually stops closing the joint, and because the leak is inside the machine there is nothing to see and nothing to hear. What you get is a vacuum that sounds exactly as strong as it always did while picking up noticeably less, since a good share of the air it moves is now coming from inside the body rather than through the nozzle.

Clear any debris out of the seat before fitting the new seal, and press it home evenly the whole way round.
