This OEM Hoover lock assembly cap fits the Hoover Conquest model 7069. The cap secures the closure that holds a compartment or access panel sealed while the vacuum runs.
A damaged or missing cap breaks the seal, which can let air leak and reduce suction or allow collected debris to spill from the compartment. A new cap snaps in to restore a secure, tight closure so the machine holds its contents and its suction.
