We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM lower hose holder secures the hose along the body of the Hoover U5780 and related uprights. It clips the hose into place so it stays routed instead of dangling during use.

A broken holder lets the hose swing free and kink, which restricts airflow and reduces suction. The correct factory part re-seats the hose cleanly and keeps it out of the way. With the hose held securely, airflow stays consistent and the assembly is far less likely to snag during use.
