This genuine Hoover nozzle base assembly, Part #21151010, is the lower cleaning-head housing that sits at the floor on Hoover WindTunnel upright vacuums. The nozzle base holds the brushroll, forms the suction channel that draws debris off the carpet, and provides the mounting points for the height-adjustment and floor-contact components.
