Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Hoover on-board crevice tool is the narrow, tapered nozzle that lets your vacuum reach into the tight spaces a standard floor head can't. Its slim flattened tip concentrates suction to pull dust, crumbs, pet hair, and grit out of upholstery seams, between sofa cushions, along baseboards, inside car seats, and around radiators and vents.

Designed to clip into the on-board storage of compatible Hoover vacuums (Part #38617024), it stays attached to the machine so it is ready whenever you need it. The crevice tool connects to the standard Hoover wand or hose opening and is molded to the original specification for a tight, air-loss-free fit.
