Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part AH45201 is the replacement filter for Hoover's ONEPWR FloorMate Jet hard floor cleaner, in white, listed for the BH55200B, BH55200NP, BH55210, BH55210B, BH55210FDI, BH55220, BH55230TV1, BH55240BCD and BH55240CDI.
A hard floor cleaner is harder on a filter than a dry vacuum, because everything that comes off the floor arrives damp. The media takes on detergent film and fine grit, and once it stops passing air the machine loses its lift: the floor stays wetter behind the head, drying takes longer, and streaks appear where the water was not recovered.
Rinse and dry it fully between uses as directed and it will last a good while, but a filter that has gone stiff or smells sour after drying is finished, and no amount of rinsing brings that back. The new one drops into the same housing. Check your BH number before ordering.
