Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part AH45201 is the replacement filter for Hoover's ONEPWR FloorMate Jet hard floor cleaner, in white, listed for the BH55200B, BH55200NP, BH55210, BH55210B, BH55210FDI, BH55220, BH55230TV1, BH55240BCD and BH55240CDI.

A hard floor cleaner is harder on a filter than a dry vacuum, because everything that comes off the floor arrives damp. The media takes on detergent film and fine grit, and once it stops passing air the machine loses its lift: the floor stays wetter behind the head, drying takes longer, and streaks appear where the water was not recovered.

Rinse and dry it fully between uses as directed and it will last a good while, but a filter that has gone stiff or smells sour after drying is finished, and no amount of rinsing brings that back. The new one drops into the same housing. Check your BH number before ordering.
