Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Hoover pre-filter holder is the structural frame that secures the pre-filter in place within your vacuum (Part #36426068). Rather than a filter media itself, the holder positions and retains the pre-filter so it seals correctly against the airflow path for proper primary-stage filtration.

If the original holder is cracked, warped, or has worn retention tabs, the pre-filter can shift or seat poorly, allowing dust to bypass filtration and reach the motor. Installing a fresh holder restores a secure, correctly aligned fit so the filter does its job.
