Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Hoover pre-filter screen is the perforated cage that supports and protects the pre-filter inside your vacuum (Part #36426053). The screen holds the filter media in shape against the airflow and acts as a coarse first barrier, keeping larger debris from collapsing or damaging the filter behind it.

A cracked, bent, or clogged screen can let the pre-filter shift or restrict airflow, which weakens suction and allows dust to bypass proper filtration toward the motor. Replacing the screen restores a clean, correctly shaped support so the filtration system seals and breathes as designed.
