Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part AH44000 is the primary filter for Hoover's ONEPWR Evolve Pet cordless stick vacuum, listed for the BH53800V, BH53801V and BH53840VCD.
It is washable, which is why it is worth knowing how to look after it. Rinse under running water at 40°C or below until the water runs clear, squeeze it out, and leave it to dry completely — a full 24 hours — before it goes back in the machine. Putting a damp filter back is the fastest way to ruin it and to make the vacuum smell.
Even washed, a filter reaches the end of its life. The media stiffens, the pleats hold dust that will not rinse out, and a cordless machine with a tired filter runs its battery down faster for less pickup because the motor is fighting a restriction. A fresh one restores the airflow, and the runtime that came with it.
