We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 440001968 is the rear wheel assembly for the Hoover Zen Whisper SH40080, carrying the machine's weight and letting it roll across carpet and hard floors alike.
When a wheel sticks, squeaks, or has gone flat on one side, the whole machine starts pulling toward that side as you push it, so an ordinary pass over the carpet takes real muscle instead of an easy push. Before blaming the wheel itself, check for hair or thread wound around the axle, since that is a frequent culprit behind a wheel that will not turn freely. When the wheel is genuinely worn, replacing the assembly brings back a straight, quiet roll.
