Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM release lever shaft lock ring (Part #13306, ref 3616) fits the Hoover Model 1100 and 115. The ring secures the release lever shaft that lets you recline the handle for cleaning under furniture.

When the lock ring is missing or worn, the release sticks or the shaft shifts, so the handle will not position properly. A fresh ring holds the shaft in place and restores smooth handle release.
