This OEM release lever shaft lock ring (Part #13306, ref 3616) fits the Hoover Model 1100 and 115. The ring secures the release lever shaft that lets you recline the handle for cleaning under furniture.
When the lock ring is missing or worn, the release sticks or the shaft shifts, so the handle will not position properly. A fresh ring holds the shaft in place and restores smooth handle release.
