Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the retainer screw for the control cable tube on Hoover WindTunnel uprights, part 21751010. It holds the tube that carries the handle's control cable down the back of the machine, and it is thread-specific: a hardware-store screw of roughly the right diameter will chew the boss out on the first turn.

A missing screw announces itself as a rattle. The cable tube goes loose against the housing, the handle controls develop a vague, slack feel, and the tube can eventually walk far enough out of position to pinch the cable running inside it.

It fits WindTunnel models U6425-900, U6439-900, U6445-900, U6446-900, U6449-900, U6451-900, U6454-900, U6455-900, U6625-900, U6630-900, U6655-900 and U6660-900, plus the UH50000 and UH50000B.
