    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The Hoover Presto 2-in-1 is a 2-in-1 stick and hand vac that uses a washable HEPA filter in its dirt cup to trap fine dust before exhaust air leaves the machine. Part 440002094 is the replacement filter for that position.

    It fits the SH20090 model along with the closely related BH20090, BH20090RM, BH20095, BH20100 and BH20105, which take the same dirt-cup filter. If the old filter is still in hand, confirm it reads 440002094 before you order.

    On a small stick or hand vac like the Presto, the dirt cup and filter carry the entire filtration load in a compact space, so this filter clogs faster than it would on a full-size upright, especially with regular use around pet hair or fine debris.

    Rinse it after every few uses under cold running water, working the water through both sides of the pleats, and let it air dry for a full day before putting it back in the dirt cup. A filter reinstalled while even slightly damp restricts airflow and can leave a musty smell in the exhaust.
