Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Side latch kit for the Hoover CH93619 cordless backpack vacuum, part 440013711. It secures the side housing panel.

This is a kit rather than a single latch, and it is worth fitting all of the pieces together. Latch components wear as a set, so pairing one new piece with worn ones leaves the tension uneven and the panel still sitting slightly proud along one edge.

The failure it fixes is a panel that will not stay shut. On a machine carried on someone's shoulders and set down a hundred times a shift, a cracked latch means the side pops open under movement, which exposes the internals and lets dust out exactly where the seal should be holding it in. A fresh kit restores a positive, even closure across the whole panel.
