Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This blue bumper, part 36231095, is the protective trim for Hoover Spirit vacuums. It wraps the edge of the housing so that when the machine meets a baseboard, chair leg, or door frame, the contact lands on flexible trim instead of hard plastic.

Bumpers age faster than the machines they protect: the material hardens, splits, or works loose, and once it does, every bump can scuff furniture and chip the vacuum's own shell. Replacing the strip is a small job that keeps both the Spirit and your woodwork looking right.

The replacement matches the original blue Spirit trim and fits in place of the worn strip, with no cutting or modification needed. Confirm your machine is part of the Hoover Spirit line before ordering, since Hoover used different bumpers across its ranges.
