Genuine Hoover SR flat belt (Part #93001625), a flat-style rubber drive belt for Hoover SR-series cleaners. This belt links the motor drive shaft to the brush-roll pulley, spinning the agitator brush that loosens dirt, lint, and pet hair from carpet so the suction can pull it into the bag or bin.
Flat belts are a wear item by design: the constant stretch-and-grip cycle causes them to thin, glaze, and lose tension over time. A slipping belt slows the brush and reduces deep-cleaning power, while a snapped belt stops agitation altogether. Installing a fresh SR belt brings the brush roll back to full speed.
