Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Hoover Style 035 replacement belt (Part #38-3128-08) is the flat power-drive belt used on Hoover WindTunnel and self-propelled upright vacuums. In a power-drive system this belt transfers motor torque to the drive mechanism that moves the cleaner across the floor, so a stretched or broken belt means the self-propel feature stops assisting and the machine feels heavy to push.

Built to the original Hoover 035 specification, this flat belt seats correctly on the pulleys without slipping, restoring smooth, effort-free drive. Replacing it is straightforward routine maintenance and is far less work than living with a vacuum that fights you across the carpet.
