Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This top cap lid closes the upper housing of the Hoover HVRPWR CH93619, the 40V brushless commercial backpack. It is Hoover part 440013729.

The top of a backpack is the part that meets doorframes, shelving and the inside of a van, so the lid takes the scuffs and the sharp knocks that the rest of the machine never sees. Once it splits, the top of the housing is no longer closed: dust settles into the upper section and the panels either side lose the support that kept them tight.

A new lid restores the closure and makes an ageing machine look cared for again, which matters when the vacuum goes into occupied buildings. It fits the CH93619. Align the clips before pressing it down, since forcing it at an angle is what breaks the next one.
