Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 985059002 is Hoover's Type I bag in HEPA media, sold here as a single bag rather than a multi-pack. It fits the Hoover SH10000 and SH10010.

HEPA media traps fine dust and allergen-sized particles inside the bag instead of letting them ride the exhaust back into the room, which is the whole reason to run one over a standard paper bag. The trade-off is that it loads more visibly: airflow starts to fall once the bag is around three-quarters full, well before it looks packed.

Change it when the machine feels heavier to push across carpet or the motor note goes higher and thinner. Waiting until the bag is completely full leaves the motor working against a restriction, and by that point pickup has been quietly poor for weeks.
