Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Nozzle height adjustment lever for the Hoover U5433 WindTunnel upright, part 440012397. The lever is what sets how low the cleaning head rides, from bare floor up through deep pile.

These break at the detent or shear off at the shaft, and the failure leaves the head stuck wherever it happened to be. Stuck low, the machine bogs down on carpet and the brushroll scuffs a hard floor. Stuck high, it glides over the pile without ever touching it, and you are pushing a vacuum that only lifts what was already loose on the surface.

A new lever brings back positive, repeatable height changes. Look over the mounting clips while it is off, since the same knock that broke the lever has often cracked one of those too.
