We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Upper and lower cord wraps with their screws, in Billowy Blue, for Hoover FH40010 series floor cleaners including the FH40010B, FH40010TV, FH40010TVC and FH40030. Order the pair as part 412002001.
Cord wraps break at the root, usually because the cord has been unhooked with a flick rather than lifted off, a few thousand times. Once one goes, the cord will not stay coiled: it drags on the floor behind the machine, gets rolled over, and starts to chafe near the strain relief, which is a problem genuinely worth avoiding on a cleaner used around water.
Both wraps come together with the mounting screws, which is the sensible way to buy them. The surviving one has done the same number of years as the broken one and is usually within a season of failing the same way.
