Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

The lower wand holder on a Hoover U5185 Fusion is the clip on the body that takes the bottom of the stowed extension wand, and part 93002342 replaces it.

It is a small piece of plastic doing a job it was never going to do forever: it flexes every time the wand goes in or comes out. The tabs eventually snap, and after that the wand rattles in place, drops out when the machine is tipped back, or ends up being carried separately - which is how wands get lost.

Check the upper holder while you are fitting this one. The two are the same age and take the same handling, and a wand gripped firmly at one end and loosely at the other still works its way out on the stairs.
