Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The circuit power board assembly (Part #46851068) is a replacement board for the Hoover WindTunnel 2, fitting models U8361-900, U8371, and UH40060. It manages electrical distribution to the motor.
