Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

Made for Hoover WindTunnel Power Drive and Self-Propelled uprights, this replacement flat belt transfers power from the motor to the brush roll. It keeps the brush agitating carpet as you clean.

A stretched or broken belt lets the brush roll slow or stop, so dirt stays behind and floor-level suction drops. A fresh belt at proper tension brings the brush roll back to full speed, so floors clean thoroughly on each pass.
