Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement V-belt (Part #38528034RL) is made for Hoover self-propelled WindTunnel upright vacuums and matches Hoover style 034. The geared V-belt rides in the agitator pulley groove and delivers the firm, non-slip grip those high-torque WindTunnel brush rolls need to keep spinning under load.

Unlike a simple round belt, this V-shaped belt is engineered to handle the demands of a self-propelled drive system, resisting stretch and slippage so the brush keeps grooming carpet and lifting embedded dirt. A worn 034 belt is a common cause of a WindTunnel that loses brush rotation or carpet pickup.
