We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This two-pack of Hoover WindTunnel belts (Part #38-3132-01) supplies replacement flat belts for Hoover WindTunnel upright vacuums. The belt links the motor shaft to the brushroll and keeps the brush spinning at full speed against the carpet.

A stretched or worn belt is the most common reason a WindTunnel stops cleaning well. As the brushroll slows, dirt stays ground into the carpet fibers instead of being lifted out, and the vacuum feels weak even with clear filters. New belts bring the brushroll back to full speed so the machine agitates carpet the way it should.
