Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 3-prong swivel hose connector adapter, part KC02PBZTZV06, joins the hose to the canister body on a range of Kenmore models, among them 116.21514010, 116.21614011, 116.21714110, 116.23204110C, 116.23205110C and 116.23206110C, plus other Kenmore canister model numbers built on the same connector.

An adapter at this joint spends its life being twisted, since the swivel is what lets the hose turn without winding up in your hand.
