Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement 7-foot Kenmore electric hose assembly uses a straight-style three-prong machine-side connector, a blue handle, and a bump on the machine end. Its internal wiring powers the motorized cleaning head while the hose carries suction to the wand and tools.
