Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement hose coupling latch (Part #R7265) fits the screw-design hose coupling on various Rexair and Rainbow models, including the E-Series, E2 (1 and 2 Speed), and the PN-2 and PN-3 power nozzles. The latch locks the hose coupling in place so it stays connected during use.

A latch that has broken or worn no longer holds the coupling securely, which lets the hose loosen or disconnect while you clean. A loose coupling also leaks air and drops suction. Fitting the correct latch restores a firm, dependable hold on the coupling.
