Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 1-1/4 inch hose cuff with swivel (Part #101436) is a replacement end fitting for the ProTeam Tail Vacuum. The swivel lets the hose rotate freely at the connection so it transfers suction between the machine and your tools without twisting.

A cracked, kinked, or leaking cuff loses suction right at the joint and can bind the hose as you move. A stiff, non-swiveling end also drags on the hose and shortens its life. A new swivel cuff restores a smooth, sealed connection and flexible reach.
