Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement 14-foot electric hose (Part #R15658) fits the Rainbow E-2 Series and is supplied less handle, so it works with your existing handle kit. The extra length extends your reach for ceiling fans, stairs, and high corners without moving the main unit.

An electric hose develops cracks, pinholes, or broken internal wiring after years of flexing, which shows up as lost suction or a power nozzle that cuts in and out. Damage to the wiring can also be a safety concern. Fitting a sound 14-foot hose restores full airflow and reliable power delivery to the nozzle.
