This replacement Housing Shell to Motor Housing Screw (part #7505) comes as a 3-pack and fits Kirby uprights from the 516 through the Dual Sanitronic 80. The screw draws the housing shell tight to the motor housing, holding the two sections in correct alignment.
When one of these fasteners is stripped, corroded, or missing, the housing can shift, rattle, or leave a gap that upsets the seal between sections.
