Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part A891 is a three-pack of Hoover Style I bags with allergen filtration, made by EnviroCare as a replacement for the original Style I bag. Hoover's own catalogue designates this bag style Type I, which is the same style aftermarket makers write as Style I.

An allergen-grade bag is only as good as the seal around it. Even a bag rated to trap fine particles will let dust bypass into the room if it is not seated fully on the machine's collar, so a snug fit at the collar matters as much as the media itself for keeping fine dust contained.
