Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A Beam central vacuum inlet only works as well as its valve seals, and years of plugging and unplugging a hose eventually wear that seal out. This bronze inlet valve is the replacement part, sized for Beam central vacuum systems, part 015315.

Watch for suction that drops at one wall port while the rest of the house cleans normally, a hose end that will not lock in, or an inlet door that no longer sits flush. Any of those point to the valve rather than the power unit, and testing another inlet in the house is a quick way to confirm the problem is local to this one port.

Because inlets see more physical handling than almost any other part of the system, they are also one of the more common repairs on an older installation, particularly in a well-used entryway or hallway inlet that sees the hose plugged in and pulled out multiple times every day.
