Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Beam central vacuum inlets are simple parts that do steady work, taking a hose connection and disconnection at that wall port every time you clean. This white inlet valve is the replacement for a Beam central vacuum system, part 015715.

Age and repeated use wear the valve mechanism and its seal, and the most common signs are a hose that will not seat firmly, a cover that no longer closes flush, or noticeably weaker suction from that single inlet while every other port in the house still pulls normally.

Since white is the most common finish across central vacuum installations, it is easy to assume any white inlet will match, but wall plate shapes and hole spacing can differ between brands and even between production runs of the same brand. Comparing the old part side by side with the new one before installing saves a second order.
