Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Intertec PN33SET is a complete central vacuum power nozzle kit built around the PN33 electric powerhead paired with a matching electric telescopic wand. Designed for ducted central vacuum systems, the motorized brush roll agitates deep into carpet fibers to lift embedded dirt, pet hair, and grit that suction alone leaves behind.

The included electric telescopic wand carries power through to the nozzle while letting you adjust length on the fly, and the quick-release coupling makes attaching or detaching the head fast and tool-free. A built-in dirt sensor signals when an area is clean, while the integrated headlight illuminates under furniture and along baseboards.
