Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Keep your Johnny Vac AS6 sealed and pulling full airflow with this genuine machine-end hose cuff (Part #JV2005364). The machine-end cuff is the rigid fitting that plugs the suction hose into the vacuum's intake port, and over time it can crack, loosen, or wear out from repeated connecting and disconnecting.

This replacement cuff is shaped to lock securely into the AS6 inlet, holding the hose firmly and maintaining an airtight seal so the motor draws at peak suction with no whistling air leaks at the joint.
